Why go Greek?

Only 3% of the American population since 1776 has become Greek.  However, that 3% is a powerful, influential, and successful group of individuals.  Approximately 46% of top executives of Fortune 500 companies are greek, 48% of the 106th United States Congress, and several US Presidents have been fraternity men.

Are there any post-college benefits of being in a fraternity?

It is said that 85% of jobs are attained through networking.... How big is your network?  Imagine having a network of over 200,000 throughout the world and job market that you could call on.  Plus, being Greek will allow you to make great connections within the university.

What are the social benefits?

The social life which fraternities provide has no comparison anywhere on campus.  Fraternity life greatly enhances the college experience.  It provided variety, enjoyment, and a collection of good memories.  Your fraternity brothers will truly be your life-long friends.  Being a fraternity men also allows you to take part in many special events, such as Homecoming Week and Greek Week.



How many men are Tekes?

As of May 31, 2003, over 230,000 men had been initiated in the fraternity.  Also at that date, the fraternity had over 267 active collegiate chapters and colonies throughout the US and Canada.
